...upside down in a barrel off vomit, I find myself really fit! Everything so far have been working out swell, and I cant imagine what carmic disaster the destiny throws back this time. Well enjoy the swell, and worry later....
We got up at mortens around 12 yesterday, and started drinking as soon we returned from the shop(evil wicked føtex). Laxing in the garden drinking breakfast and getting our pirat radio transmitter on foot. Later there was an insanely good, but too short, concert at stengade with kirsten ketsjer. I just love too watch them live.... the energy, playfulness and the obvious joy off the bandmembers.
It was a heavy decision to take the train out to roskilde and the festival line after 13 hours of drinking, but we got there and kept it going for another seven hours. So now were bought another case of beer and is enjoying an entire festival of pure indie:) We were supposed to go and see trail of dead later, but the tickets got fucked and blew away:( Anyhow we decided it was for the better as the very same band is playing here next sunday.
Just been to Marie Fisker, a singer-songwriter sounding like the merge of pj harvey and mazzy star, wich in my opinion isnt too bad:)
Later tonight its cartridge, and hopefully early bed...

The festival....

...is up and running!!! After two days in copehagen, we alreaddy managed;

1. to fall aslepp in christiania
2. getting high and drunk in christiania
3. seen one punk concert (some finish band with an extreemly angry female vocalist)
4. to fall asleep at ungeren
5. getting high and drunk at ungeren
6. confrontated the police with some glasbottles and waterbaloons and assorted bathing animals.

The TV-news could inform that we had tossed a policevan in the lake from the bridge:) Amasing what a couple of anarchists manage...

The results from the moviemarathon came upon me, and we got third place... That means we are not going to hollywood, but get a new cellphone... Anyhow; we won the audience price! Thats what counts I think:)

Today we are discussing if its beer or booze day; this is still an unsolved question... The plan now is to make some flags for our camp, going to saxon, get fucked up, and cut mortens hair(accomplished)! Status now is 28 degrees in the shadow, sunny, and perfect summer weather:)

Its been...

...some eventful days at work, I got jumped by this maniac on wednesday, had a fabulos evening on friday, and went to work really tired on saturday... wich never ended. After saturdays shift we had a little nachspiel untill like ten in the morning and then went for a picknick in a park right next to sofies place. After drinking a few beers and a litle wine I ended up in bed around six in the afternoon:0 Woke up at elleven and headed back to mono for a few beers and some repairing with my good friend fernet branca, so today I woke up at "normal" hours.

Well, were going to copenhagen tomorrow, so Im off to buy a tent and eat breakfast...

Well, Ill try to explain it further. I went at the concert and hooked up with some friends from blitz. We were celebrateing that a friend got a lower prison sentence than expected (it is now totally legal to call an offiser for an ape:D)so we were swinging our beers and discussing the point of being union organized. It was to crowdy insdie, so we just sat in the backyard until midnight, went inside and saw some of the animal alpha concert. Then all the phones starts to beep, and some friends from a squat was needing support. We jumped in a taxi and got there as soon as possible, then went to check out the situation but got threats of arrest if we didnt cross the street. As we were only four people there at the moment we decided to walk over and wait for people to arrive. As we gathered (about 20-30) people on the outside, the guys inside the squat threw their poo & pee bucket over some policemen and some painting over others. This made them a little upset, so they decided to shut down the block and call for backup, they even denied people to get to their apartments at 02.00 in the night:o It looked as it were a murder crimescene, and not the fact that 10 people were inside a building wich havent been used for at least seven years. You just have to love their row of priority; more important to make sure a building remains empty and throw already homeless people back on the street, than investigating rape and other serious crimes with human victims. No, to uphold private property for rich speculants are far more important!!! After most people had left we decided to call it a draw, and I went back to mono as the others went home... Today is a bit slack, still abit frustrated over the apes yesterday, and Julie dorion is still on the stereo. Saw a really bad horror movie, supposed to be based on h. p. lovecraft, about this guy who tries to open his third eye and becomes a flesh eating monster. Yeah, it was as bad as it sounds:( Then I saw around the world in 80 days, wich was better... Ill mary that actress anytime! She was incredible beautiful:)

... late yesterday.... And the nerves are heavily stern and shaken after some drunkard mess I managed to pull together. Well, hideing at home listening to azure ray. "these white lights will bend to make blue" is probably the hardest song I can manage at the moment:o Hopefully itll get better as soon as ive disected my pizza:)

Saw "the merchant of venice" this morning. Lots of nice pictures (id love to visit that city....), but im not sure of the story. Or the shakespearean dialoges, espesially when the actors are "thinking" loud... Ive also finished my compleete album list; its available at the sidebar. This was not meant as a brag list, but after a request from a friend. I decided it was a good idea, and I got to clean up the mess in my files:) And theres a gallery comming up pretty soon, I just need to sort everything out so it can be in a cronological order... And there will be another page with more obsceene projects, and a presentation of theese. Im also thinking of makeing an activism page, but I dont know how clever that is according to legal matters and stuff...

Later its racing juniors birthday at mono and salvatore, bonk and animal alpha is playing. Not sure if im going yet, but ill probably get bored after eating, and get out of this hole im in:)

..this day is insanely boring; nothing going on and I dont wanna do anything:( Just seen "kingdom of heaven", some series for kids I remembered from when was about 7 years old, listened to shitloads of music, and I just wont settle down.... I think beer is the solution, but cant get in contact with anyone as the phone system is down. I think managing boredom is my least good-at-thing...

2. finish my fathers computer, including solving some problems im unable to at the moment because I need help from a guy I cant reach....
   
3. hit town, and get really drunk, and obtain a bad consiousness tomorrow so I can do all the things I ought to tomorrow...
   
4. anoy neighbours by pretending its a really fun party going on, so theyll get below my state at the moment....
5. Pick my nose till it bleed...
   

Well, id better hit town and get it over with... Perhaps Ill meet someone I know, or perhaps someone I dont....

For the record #2;

I don`t find eating, bathing nor sleeping very amuseing! After a vile discussion on why I haven`t mentioned theese three under interests in my profile I hereby state; cause they are not! I see them as mere necessities, and sometimes a complete waste of time.... The discussion came out after a suggestion that people should wear t-shirts with this "clock", where the pointers would point out what four of the basic needs u were in need of; theese they claimed were food, sleep, cuddling, and a bath... And then ellinor suggested a fifth wich was to have sex with strangers in unfamilliar places... That way, they meant, it would easier to cover each others needs (and perhaps ease the cance to actually fullfill the fifth one...)
As that is cleared up, I must confess I like dreaming, especially lucid dreaming, but this is a thing I can induce myself. I`ll include that in my interest section:)

Well, found some new records worth listening to; +-(plus minus) and their album "u are here"; check out the song "cutting out"! Another is Pit er pat`s "shakey" album; surprising melodies and weird lyrics:), supine to sit with their "demo", hopefully theyll launch a full length album soon...

Small...

.. aches all over the body after cleaning out the basement at work, filling up an entire container in three hours... Throwing everything from sand to a piano. And the greatest; we got to throw away the huge weigth in the backyard, and finally I got my revenge on the evil sucker!!!(it gave me a skullfracture once) After that me and a collegue decided to retrieve the inside of the piano to put it on the wall as deco. It was two and a half hour spend in the container with a crow bar, a saw, and several impliments of destruction. At last we made it and celebrated by cheering the victory over and over again!

Got news today that we are nominated among the 6 best movies in the moviemarathon! That was really surprising! It was 120 different teams compeeting.... It is found on http//:www.moviemarathon.no , go to "filmer" and check out A21....

After...

...an eventful day yesterday, i`m trying to recover with cofee and cigarettes:) Donald Rumsfeld visited our grand city yesterday, and we managed to do some actions against him. The most successful was half past eleven in the morning when we got to stop the kings veichle in the main street dressed as guantanamo bay prisoners. The police striked very swift, but we made the news headlines in all national tv stations:) After that there was a demonstration against a fuckin american hangarship, wich is honoring us with its presence as we celebrate the 100 years of independence from our union with sweden. We didn`t get that close, but they saw us anyway....

On saturday there was a music-fest; free stages with every genre represented all over the citycentre. Weather was bad though, but I saw a very good gig with Girl from saskatoon, and then went to mono to watch suan, ornand altenburg, this is music inc, and loch ness mouse. The last two where very good. Too wet and cold I went home to worm up for work. After work we had an insane nachspiel, and tried to find a hotelroom seven o`clock in the morning; champagne and breakfast hunger! As there were no rooms available, we ended up at my place drinking sparkling wine untill two in the afternoon. I then managed to oversleep for a party at the job, but finally got there at about ten.... And managed to see the goomen, and lots of free booze:)

..down at home tonight... alreaddy seen an entire x-files season! and its only nine:) Also saw a sonic youth documentary. I cant wait untill ill see them live for myself. Last time they were in norway they played at kongsberg jazz festival, and I had free tickets, but got stuck waiting for a bus in copenhagen:( Elleven hours in line, and it was impossible to get plain or train tickets...

I`ve also learned that trail of dead is playing at loppen in christiania the very day the gates open at roskilde:) This is gonna be a hell of a concert year:D

Went to see "the magic numbers" yesterday. The concert was good, but the band has been a bitt overrated by critics which has claimed that this is brittains next thing. Too popish and happyhappyjoyjoy for my taste....

This weeks concerts...

..., this far, has been Tuna Laguna, from northern part of norway. Very energic band, kind of a rockish version of tortoise. Few people, but a nice night at work anyhow:) Yesterday it was Oddpops turn, a very good norwegian "singer-songwriter", performing with his band. Natalie from "girl from saskatoon" performed one hell of a number with the band , wich after my opinion was the highlight of the concert...

Tonight its Brimstone. Im going with Øyvind to continue our "2. all year festival",wich started out on the first of may with an illegal concert outside the lokal jail with Gatas Parlament, with riot police preparing round the corner:) The 1. all year festival lasted for 53 weeks as it started with Dead Moon(!) at the månefestival in fredrikstad. And theres great news ahead; theres rumoured that Dinosuar jr. with both mascis and barlow are following sonic youths tour!!!

Theres also news that motherfuckin George Bush is showing his ugly ass in Copenhagen on the 6th of july.... three days after the roskilde festival... So itll be swell two weeks. First the k-town festival at ungeren, then straight to roskilde, and then after three days of laxing we get to throw bricks after the mean fucker:) Joy to the world!!!

...and nothings really happening tonight. And Im a bit shaken after yet another friend decided to end his life. Haven`t spoken to him for some time, but the word is he had some heavy problems the last year.... Anyhow, i wont write about him since another friend said it so much better over at profane existence.... Its really sad when u cant see any other way out of things than suicide. Any how; I hope u are better of now. R.i.p.....

This weeks concerts has been; "Raymond & Maria" on monday, david from david and the citizens on thursday, and AFA invited to a row of bands at blitz on friday.

Monday was fun thuogh; I worked until nine, and then met two old friends, wich I havent met for years. Well, the concert was good; the band is swedish and plays this camera obscura-ish happy-sad popmusic. After a couple of beers I was heading home with Astrid, and on the way we managed to sneak in on this galla for union tops! We managed to stay there for two hours, but got tossed out after a joyous time of wine stealing, hideing under tables, and rearranging all the flower decors:) After beeing caught the second time; we decided to call it a draw and get the hell out of there... Great way to spend time with people u havent seen in a while, and might lack things to talk about:)

On wednesday it was litterature evening at mono, with some boring stuff first, before the headliner; Claus Beck-Nielsen, read some parts of his newest book. It was really great; lots of stuff from copenhagen, and beeing "lost" on Nørrebro (wich is not an unfamiliar experience!)

Thursday was really heavvy, I was working untill late, then went for a few drinks when the bad news arrived... We went to work too grab a beer and talk some about it....

Woke up at eight at night yesterday, and got straight down to blitz to hook up with Lasse and Flemming(wich didnt show up....), saw two concerts with 2:20(I think thats what they are called) and los fastidios. Both good hardcore bands:) It was a real strange mood at Blitz though, noone seemed eager to talk about the suicide... I ended up with a beer-war with nina and jani, all soaked in beer I went to meet Mathias at garage. We got out when they closed and met two girls who was asking directions, so we ended up playing truth or dare at the cemetery, which at first almost killed me, and then Mathias... He fell down a sloap of 4-5 meters, so we decided to stop the game and watch the sunrise instead:)

Found this Electralane record called "axes", its much better than their first "the power out", else on the musicfront its been mostly eric`s trip with the song "sunlight" & "listen", also afghan whigs "be sweet"& "my curse" that has been rolling my newly acuired mp3 player. Great to have music while walking again:)

morning, just got up after nachspiel at my place. "black lipstick"s on singing about bad catholics and wondering if we`re done haveing fun..... not yet! Ingrid is complaining over both the lack of air and the lack of an open-able window to attract some.

Went to a Lou Barlow concert yesterday; hadn`t taken my time to listen enough to his latest album, and he played alot of that one, so I didn`t get that much out of it. But it was a great concert. Highlights were old Sebadoh classics... I`m not sure I like the synth thing he drags around, ads a weird sound and some kind of "circus-gefuhl" to what would have been pretty ordinary singer-songwriter thingey.

Im supposed to be at Humla at six to lead a workshop in stenciling grafiti, but im not sure how im gonna do it... Probably take it as it comes...

Geoff Berner played at Mono on thursday, but I just got to see "The soft rebels", and "Girl from saskatoon" (both bands contains people I work with!) before I had to go home, with seriously stamina problems... Anyhow, Erlend was supposed to sleep at my place, and ended up breaking into first my house then my room:) Didnt think I could sleep that thight...

I discovered

this fantastic Bostonbased band today; "the burning paris", the song "coral city ruin" is perfect for todays shape. I just cant help playing it over and over again. They remind me abit of mogwai, but they`ve got vocals and uses piano and some violinish instruments; bit like godspeed meets carrissas wierd.......

Yesterday was a bit heavy, starting the day with buying myself a ticket to the roskilde festival but I lost it; 1400nok way out the window! But as luck would have it I found it in the middle of the main square in Oslo!!!:D After that it was free wine and booze at work.... wine tasteing... and after a small nap backstage, we went on an extreemly cool concert at blå with Saul Williams.
The place was boiling! And then we ended up at work again... How I managed that is unbelieveable. I even scare myself sometimes... Its my friend Simons birthday today, and then im off to work at 23, so its gonna be a bit calmer...

Ive got invited to help a friend with a short movie; or rather a film marathon; u get 24 hours to film, and then 24 hours to do the clipping. Sounds like fun stress to me. I also got a request on curateing the street art part of a culture jam festival at humla, but Im not sure yet... Need to have some spare time for myself...

We travel around to schools in rural areas, teaching the kids different techniques and tools to culture jamming, my task is to show them how to become true street artists, by stenciling, grafitti, different print techniques and so forth... Its really fun, but really hard.
At last Im back with my music, and Bettie Serveert`s "attagirl. "youve changed" and "dreamaniacs" are such great songs...

Went to see Cat Power on my last weekend off; an insanely intence experinence. After a pretty crappy swedish support, Chan Marshal, appologiseing for her bad posture on the piano, played all her greatest songs (except "ice water":( ...).

My summers greatest dream has at last come true; Sonic Youth is playing on both Oya and the roskilde festival!!!! And guess whos going to both... :D

Anyhow it got late last night; have this friend of mine who is staying here for two weeks trying to solve things whit his ex-girlfriend, so its alot of talking about her... Its incredible how cynic some people get, but now Ive only heard one side of the story....

I got an sms this morning that says im supposed to go to the levi`s megastore on monday to pick free clothes!?! Why the heck is that? Do they really think they gonna sell more clothes if I wear their brand at work? Its really weird.... But anyhow free clothes are free clothes, and if they want to throw it after us; fine by me!

Working tonight and then itll probably be some beers after that. Its an advantage though; wait till everybody else leave the pub, and woila we can smoke inside, while having a beer:P

I discovered that I had money in the bank this morning:) It was supposed to be totally drained, but then its not. My shoulders lost ten pounds or so... Enough for both laundry and cigarettes:) And then ill get the tip later tonight, this living from hand to mouth seem to be working theese days... I also found out that I was supposed to be on a picnic with a girl I just met, ouch! Thats the best first impression.... I knew I was to meet her, but could not remember where and when, and I guess it`ld seem too stupid to call and ask her... Anyway I hope she`s not upset, which I can understand if she is. Shame on me:=

Anyway its laundry day; and I think I might have a clean sock somewhere...

For starters...

Heavily hungover and supposed to be everywhere else doing important stuff, i have just got as far as two meters from my bed, making this blog... and to be honest i never published anything on the web before. Its really a total waste of time, as the alcohol shrugs its self out of the body, but itll do as time consume for now. (just hope it wont be like a computergame or other time-sucking vampires...) Anyhow I have not been able to post a picture yet. Its a grand mystery, wich Im too stupid to unwield, hopefully this stupidity is caused by the state I am in, and not permanent...

Perhaps time to introduce myself... Or rather what surrounds me. Well, im an artist, hopefully not the "sencitive" selfimportant kind, but thats for others to judge. I paint, eat, drink and live in an old brothel, which is hidden in a basement, and without any windows, so its easy to hide down here on a day like this. Its kind of a crossover between "black lodge" and an old office left to its own destiny... Pure David Lynch:D

When I`m not pretending being an artist I work as a bartender at a place called mono, its the greatest job ive ever had; really nice people, indie music all day/night long and cheap beer.... What more could u wish for? Yeah, free concerts; and I got that too:) I also work at a jazzclub called blå, but thats mainly in summertime, they have the nicest outdoor resturant in town, so thats also a great place to be; sunny, cheap beer and lots of free concerts here too....
