Mr. energybomb...
...went ka-boom! Well, it seems Ive used all that x-tra energy my cells seemed willing to grant me last week... Totally drained and hung over as hell:( Not that weird if I look back at a rather eventful weekend.
Saturday was perfect, starting out slow with my failing lotteryticket, some rounds with Laura Veirs posters, then finally the serene maneesh concert... It was stuffed at blå, and the band delivered grand! The concert was better than the gig at Øya, but it didnt live up to the wet dream of a concert from last train, wich would be highly improbable... After that I ended up with Øystein and some girl he knew at my place drinking beers and testing wow.
Sunday went by quite eventless, except Marianne could inform me that I had bitten her pretty bad in the arm... Thought I had stopped doing that...
Monday it was working, and then Laura Veirs concert. Hooked up with Øyvind for a few beers, saw the concert and as time and beers passed everything merged into a drunkard kaleidoscope I cant seem to recollect... Hmmm... I think I had a good time:)
Today I woke up sitting in my bed with all my outdoor clothes still on, even boots and my pirate cap... Must have been a photo-opportunity for passers by, lol! Anyhow just missed a free trip to Denmark, and trying to pull myself together for work... Carissa's wierds on the stereo, here with "theyll only miss you if you leave" Enjoy!

Dont know...

...where it comes from, but the last days Ive felt like an energy bomb! Usually Im pretty lazy, but Ive felt like a firecracker ready to explode for days:) Been working both nights since last post, and it seems things got back to normal at work, not all that trouble, and on thursday it seemed to be more fun to be behind the bar than in front of it! Friday started with meeting the most beautyful girl ever, made me feel like a shy five year old brat, could hardly look her in the eye... But it all went swell:) Big mojo has come back, lol:)
On top of it, serena maneesh is playing at blå tonight, Im gonna win the lottery and become a millionaire, and hook up with Børre from the jam-tour. Perfect evening:)
Life is perfect!!!!! & warm thoughts to all:D

After two...

...days of jam touring, really boring this time as the kids were...uh...um..yeah right! Here we give them every opportunity to speak up for themselves, promote their desires or just do as they please; wich all turns out to be nothing... That is with a few exeptions off course. On every other school we have been to trough the spring and now the fall has turned out pretty fruitful, except this one... So, the hypothesis is that the drinkingwater of Lillehammer is contaminated with huge amounts of prozac and braincrumbling devices... If you ever go there; dont touch the water!!!
Right after the tour I went to work to be bandcontact at "you set the scene". Chimeria was playing a pretty good concert, as it merged somewhere between old school Buffalo Tom and Waxwing, even the vocals was abit Rocky Votolato'ish(singer in waxwing), but the band had never heard of either. Got pretty drunk as Ive been up and working for like ages... After the concert I met the "blind-date girl", as she came looking for me, and I think I promised to meet her next week, but for the second time I cant remember where and when:( This seems to be an issue on this "project"; first time I was supposed to meet her I got 30mins late wich she spended letting people in front of her in the restaurant line, second time I totally overslept and had to make some vile excuse about some burned cheese sandwiches and the firedept.(That one has actually worked out with two different girls...) Third time I forgot, and the fourth time I could not remember where and when. So this is the fifth... Cant see why she even bothers, and I dont know if I dare to call her and ask where I was supposed to meet her... The evening ended up with discussing some economic politics with a dork who wanted to get rich, by moneylending to poor people who would usually not get a loan. It seemed like a great idea at first, but as he kept on, it went more and more over to his personal dream of fame and riches, really huge asshole... And a friend of blind-date girl:)
Else in the news;"...the trade group Recording Industry Association of America last week sent out "cease and desist" letters to seven file-sharing groups". Well, fuck you RIAA!!! Your attempt to cencor your own custumers, and preventing them to actually get to listen to other artists than your high ranked britney crap, and other "artists" your greedy companies would like to create, "discover" and invest in to fill your own pockets. Go stuff your money up somewhere, count them or do what the fuck you like, but please stop spending them on lawyers to avoid people who actually have a genuine affection for good music to get in touch with it. Heres what happened to some of the attempts to threaten piratbay.org, and their answers(its hillarious:).... In your face:P

Eating noodles...
...and listening to Laura viers soothing voice, at the same time trying to have two conversations on sms and smoke and drink cofee and write this blog... Guess its the closest I get to ever being an office employee. Didnt get home from work untill nine after some discussions on prostitution with the guys at work, difficult issue wich never gets easier after a saturday night in the bar and a few beers after that... Had a hard time sleeping though, woke up every half hour falling back and back into a weird dream wich submerged the strangedays festival, work, me never getting the after work beer on some weird field with alligators and snakes eating eachother, and me trying to avoid eating either. Everything seemed to get fucked up in a way or another... Anyway, Ive taken the laundry issue seriously; Ive got one left, and everything is clean:) Even all my winterclothes... Its really turning into autumn here. Starting to get cold and the winds have arrived... I do not look forward to the winter...
Anyhow Laura Veirs is playing at monday the 26th at mono. A little teaser here with "rialto" from her new album "year of meteors".
Tomorrow Im off on tour again with the Jam project, and we are going back to Lillehammer...

Slow start...
...this morning... Been on the web learning some spanish swearing, wich will be a highly useful adon to my cv. Well it was mostly useful as I tried to boil my hand in a somewhat failed attempt to boil some soup for breakfast:(
Found this new band today; camera obscura. Well I thought I found a undiscovered album from the glasgow based band, but these guys came from san diego, and the album was pretty lousy, except from one song, wich rolls over and over again on my stereo; "cinematheque" from "to change the shape of an envelope"
Anyhow its laundry day(honestly this time), hook up with mathias, and then go to work at elleven:)

Hungover as...
...hell!! So there was no laundry yesterday, or today. Big plan for tomorrow as I got nothing clean left. The concert yesterday was kind of boring. Perhaps I have seen the band too many times. The fifth time this year. Or perhaps they sucked.... Hard to say. Just been sitting on my ass the entire day, watched "mission to mars", and played shitloads of solitaire. Last one is really disturbing, as the fact that I actually spends time on it really screams; -Get a life sucker!!! Well, Ill grab a beer and forget about the whole thing:)
Honey is cool is on the stereo. Ive had a hangup on them for the last two days. Its a really good swedish band, or rather was. The band has been on hold for a few years. Here they are with "georgia" and "tomato light" from the "focky focky no pay" album. Love the vocals, as they seem a merge between bjork, life without buildings, and pj harvey. Not a bad mix. This ones called "great and smaller things" and is picked from "early morning are you working". Perhaps a tint of Kate Bush in there... Sadly the vocalist is now in the too eightyish electro-dou called "the knife", wich is not worth lending an ear to... Anyway Honey is cool was a great band so enjoy.
About the solitaire thing; what if I could get like an antabus thingey on that one... A little pill to make me feel ill everytime I saw the interface of the game. That would be a step for mankind to produce:) And by the way; I heard that men could actually get milk in their titties... Damned I need a drink.....

Well, as the...
...last post was to test the page from another machine; I havent been able to access this page or my e-mail for a week of some weird reson. I planned to delete last post, but as there are some comments ill keep it online.

Election came upon us, and at last we got rid of that beardlacking fundmentalist, and for the first time in years we might have a goverment able to make decissions, not that I believe they will make much effort in making a change. Were still talking politrix here...

Most disturbing is the fact that frp got 38 of the 169 seats in parliament, wich is really terrifying. They are far right extreemists who are compaired to Jorg Haiders party in austria, berlusconis Italy, or le pens party in france. These velvet-facists have gained popularity only focusing on single cases like cheaper booze and gasoline(less to social welfare and culture), less crime(read; less immigrants, more surveilance, more cops, more to the military), and so on and on with rightwing close to facism bullshit. Im ashamed of my co-citizens after showing such bad judgment. You dont have to fuck people over to fill your belly!! Hope you choke on your easy solutions...
Else its been an eventfull week;

Else its been an eventfull week;
- Work has been hellish, and alot of aggresive people among the clientel, five more or less voilent incidents in a week!!! It seems the seasons brings out the worst in people... PS: to all you scizos out there, please eat your medication or I will have to start working in a kindergarden or something...
- On tuesday I worked as band contact, and helldorado played a pretty good concert. ; mind the lyrics;
"my wife cant cook,
aint got the looks,
my wife isnt worth a dime,
I wish she was anybody else but mine..."
aint got the looks,
my wife isnt worth a dime,
I wish she was anybody else but mine..."
- On wednesday I opened at work again, and after my shift beatles(the guy) had arranged a tribute concert for the stranglers. 25 musicians on stage paying their homage, pretty good until one 130kg person jumps the stage and tries to rearange everything in a protest against a lousy(in his eyes) cover-version of one of his favourite bands. It took several guys to get him out, and a copule of mins to get the gig back on. Tired I headed home but ended up in a makeout session with an old "flame" at the nearest minibank. Dont know how clever that was as shes back to sending sms's....
- Friday I saw the most beautiful girl I have ever seen!!! It was gutter aid night in support for the danish gutter island festival. On stage where twistaroos, the moods, and a group of dutch dancers. Great night, lots of danes. They drank 4 litres of fernet branca on the trip here so most of them were out of conscience pretty early, except from this extreemely breathtaking girl... I think ill try that festival next year(drool!)
- As I got the flu, and heavily feverish, job on saturday was cruel. I was pure autopiloting through the bar the entire night , too dizzy and high on fever, certain that I would faint anytime...
- After the heavy saturday shift, I barred myself inside the entire sunday with world of warcraft...
- Monday was get drunk with mum and an old friend of hers day. Discussing the election as the votes kept ticking in, and listening to old stories of my misbehaviour as a child. Mums friend told all kinds of stories about him babysitting me... Once we had been to the swimming pool, and I, walking on crutches at the time, had kept on saying -Hæstkuk! (means horsedick) over and over again. After 20 mins of this he got tired and said if I said it once more I would have to walk home... A sec went by and off course the word came out again:) So I had to walk home 2 kilometers on crutches... He said he had felt bad about that one ever since, but that I was a devil as a child. Believe it or not:)
Today is laundry day, and Im seeing Øyvind again:) Have been unable to reach him in denmark for awhile. Its cloroform concert again and a few beers after that seem pretty fit to me:)

As yesterday...
...was pretty eventful at work, this morning is pretty slack. I managed for the first time ever to oversleep work at elleven in the night(!)... Dont know if that is a so far fetched thing to accomplish that I deserve a medal for originality or a heavy slap. Anyhow the tip was really crapy, and the clientel sucked big time...
Just had Lasse Spang for a morning visit, starting his 100% position tomorrow morning at a storage outside town, we had the last day-in-freedom cheer with a nice bottle of sacravite and some of that papa-tobacco before he had to return home. Soon Im going to a party with some guys from work, its "karsk & kaviar" at Kampen Bistro. Karsk is the norwegian drink containing about 40% moonshine, and 60% cofee, preferably after loosing temprature... Kaviar is caviar... Gonna be interesting. Cheers:)

Shaken and...
...well stired as I try to recover from the punk party at Barrikaden yesterday. Met up with loads of guys, and girls, I havent seen for a while, wich was really swell, but I had to much of that redwine me and robin drank before we went there so I had to call it a draw pretty early.
Havent been able to write(havent bothered would be more honest...) for the last week, as ive been alot online in the world of warcraft. Also tried to be a real slacker and get my sleep pattern on foot again as I had problems sleeping more that 4-5 hours a night.
Anyhow this weeks events;

Well, elections are comming up but we havent really managed to do any actions against it yet... Which is kinda sad... Last parliament elections we managed to "smoke" out the entire "spikersuppa". Its a park aera in front of the parliament where all parties have stands to promote their cause, and give candy and propaganda to passersby. The action was named "fogtalk" where we dressed in white, with white banners, and hand posters with no message at all. Accompanied by a sad violin, and chanting, people were makeing non sence speaches and yelled slogans wich didnt make any scense either. We managed to terrify and amuse people as some politicians fled their election booths in panic, and other totally bewildred just froze unable to move or continue what they were doing. Check out the pic:)
Currently on the stereo is The 6th's "wasp nest" album. "Falling out of love (with you)" & "san diego zoo" should give a proper introduction to this band. They came out with "hyacinths & thistles" later, but it cant top "wasps nest" as its much more plain(boring?) than the first one, despite all the other artists guest appearing on every song. The Lapse is another band Ive recently "re-discovered". The songs "aerial" from their "heaven aint happening" album and "from destructive urges reason emerges" & "mentabolism" from betrayal is really worth lending an ear to. I just love toko yasudas(van pelt and blonde redhead) voice.
And I discovered that some people avtually bothers to link me up, so Ive linked you up to:)

Anyhow this weeks events;
- Monday; erlend broke his foot, in a dramatic home accident at myplace; probably the stupidest thing Ive seen so far. He was going up from a chair and it looked like he just laid down on the floor, a few beers and art discussin later his ankle was totally swollen.
- Tuesday; met up with mathias, who gave me a portable 1,5gb usb device for a too late birthdaypresent:) Thnx man, now Im able to rip music from work, and push it right into my computer. Joy to the world!
- Wednesday; steped in on the opening shift at work, really calm day, but my free cigarettes, booze and beer-creditcard overrun 4000,- for the first time;( Well, it shouldnt be a problem as Ive worked alot in august....
- Thursday; Met up with simon, and then went to whiskey-class at cacadou. The best whiskey Ive ever drank; -Lagavulin, 16yrs! Just cant get enough!!
- Friday; Woke up with a vaugue taste of that extreemely grand whiskey. Its the first time I wake up with a smile after forgetting to brush my teeth before bedtime:) After that I went to pers. meeting at work, ripped a few cds, and met Linki and camilla, before heading to the concert...
- Today; Pretty slack, just discovered that I had cigarettes:), and only one cup of cofee left:( Meeting mum afterwards.... Hopefully that paycheck has escaped those long wretched claws of the evil bankiers, and ended up on my shiney suits-free zone of the economy....
